These cards are used as catalysts in artistic fields: in writing, painting, theatre, even dance. Also they can be used by therapists, life couches, yoga trainers, etc. they are designed to focus for self–examination using a journal for 50 days. How this works: we advice to create a small, personal private corner, a maximum comfortable space somewhere you love to stay, your own place, where you can be able to stay alone, reflect, meditate, listen to music, relax. A place where you’d like to come back, a healing space, an energetic space , your space of strength.
There are 50 cards with images supplemented with 55 feelings word cards.
To start, a picture card is placed near a word feeling card. The feeling, such as ‘loved’, ‘anxious’, ‘unique’ or ‘lost’ forms the framework for interpreting the picture. The next step is reflecting upon the pictures it gives you and inventing a menu or a story, or trigger intuitive insights into psychological and social situations. The next step is writing, I’d suggest you to write anything it comes to your mind and ideas/advices how to get over or keep it, depending on insight.
After a period of 50 days of reflecting and writing in your corner, your journal will be full. Next is a your game, you could pick up a card and see the number on it, find this number in your diary, read it and now see this card and text together for the first time. Play, play with yourself, with your imagination, with your unconscious consciously.
